BLACKPINK’s Rosé Shuts Down the Vegas Strip in Dramatic ‘Messy’ Video for F1 Movie Soundtrack

Rosé of BLACKPINK takes center stage in the latest release from the F1 movie soundtrack with a striking visual for her new power ballad, Messy. The music video—shot right on the iconic Las Vegas Strip, which was closed off for the production—features the K-pop star brooding over martinis and lounging on a massive pile of diamonds in a sleek Sin City nightclub.

F1, the high-octane motorsports film starring Brad Pitt and directed by Top Gun: Maverick‘s Joseph Kosinski, is speeding into theaters on June 27. The story follows Pitt’s character, a seasoned Formula 1 driver, as he takes a young rookie, played by Damson Idris, under his wing for one last chase at championship glory.

The film’s soundtrack, F1: The Album, will be released by Atlantic Records and boasts an all-star lineup including Chris Stapleton, Ed Sheeran, Tate McRae, Burna Boy, Roddy Ricch, and Dom Dolla. The first music video from the album was the adrenaline-fueled Lose My Mind by Don Toliver and Doja Cat. Now, Rosé brings a moody and glamorous contrast with her emotionally charged performance in Messy, making it a standout addition to the soundtrack.
